Easily the worst application I have ever used. Takes approx 10 min to log in each morning and today it chose to give up after 1 hr. No incentive to fix since corporations are hooked, right? Lame!
Junk
Poor implementation of a chat app. Nearly every time I go back to the app after having switched to something else, it goes into an endless loop of trying to reconnect and I have to kill and restart it to get it to reconnect.

How does this not work!
I dont understand why my company utilizes this piece of junk! This app cant even stay open much less work properly when it does.

Slow to connect, disconnects, takes long to recieve an IM after notification is received. Just not ready for corporate professionals on the go.
"Message not delivered"
EDIT: since the last update, I cant connect at all. The good thing: UI is nice. The bad: The client experience is terrible. No instant feedback when a message doesnt reach its user. Randomly disconnect the user. Discrepancy in status between what we see and what the team is seeing, when it comes to our availability. Thats the core of any IM, and it doesnt work well. Disappointing. __________ Review #2: Works much better since the last update. Hopefully its a good sign for the future! _____ Review #1: You had one job. I cant connect to my server. And when I can, I am constantly disconnected or even worse, I seem to appear connected on my phone but I look disconnected for all others.
Horrible not "Good"
App never connects. When I receive a notification of a new msg and open the app, the app stops working and I have to restart it several times just to make it work. It crashes more than a dozen times a day and very rarely connects. Maybe its the way my company has administered the app or something but since the last update, the app has been unusable. Wish I had my old bb where internal IM worked great.
