Description
A powerful group of integrated communication tools, easily customized for individuals, businesses or groups. GoCONNECT can be accessed in most browsers and the app offers improved ease of use on your referred devices. GoCONNECT allows for easy audio and video calls among members or external contacts. The newly improved messaging interface supports group conversations and tasks in addition to traditional messaging.
You should only download this application if you have previously obtained credentials approved by the organization administrator. There is no ability to obtain an account independently.
NEW FEATURES:
Video Calling has been added to the calling function.
The Address Book has been improved so it is easier to find people and instantly start real-time or message-based communications.
Conversations allow for text message-like interactions, but can support any number of participants.
Tasks allow groups to distribute and work tasks from beginning to end. Includes a powerful notification system that can alert users or new Task by application popup, text message, or email. There is a special interface for answering services that makes helps streamline after hours / on call activity while protecting personal cell phone numbers.
Text Message Tracking allows for automatic tracking of all texting activity. Full text archiving for compliance and liability purposes, allows administrators access to full history.
