Description

Grab the Goodies puts the “app” in Happy! It’s a fun and educational app developed by Responsibility.org in collaboration with the Simulation and Game Institute at The George Mason University, and a component of the Ask Listen Learn: Kids and Alcohol Don’t Mix program. The game helps kids (aged 6-9) learn about the negative consequences of underage drinking and encourages them to make healthy lifestyle decisions. As the players goes through the levels, they will be prompted to answer questions about how alcohol affects their bodies, the basics of good nutrition and the impact of healthy decisions. Kids will think that they’re playing, but they’re actually learning! N.B: an Internet connection is needed to play the game!
