The game is a series of conversations with hospital staff, made challenging by Alaine’s post-traumatic aphasia—a disorder that affects one’s ability to process language. Warnung vorab: man sollte der englischen Sprache einigermaßen mächtig sein, um die feinen Details und liebevollen Anspielungen dieser wundervollen Spielidee nachvollziehen zu können. Wenn man diese Voraussetzung aber erfüllt, erhält man einen fesselnden Rätselspass mit atmosphärischer Geschichte und spannenden Charakteren. In diesem Zusammenhang sei auch Blackbar vom selben Entwickler empfohlen, für das Grayout die Vorgeschichte erzählt.

Das Spiel ist ein Text Adventure, dass einem die Probleme verschiedener Sprachstörungen aufzeigt. Ich finde es allerdings nicht besonders schön, insbesondere die Typografie könnte besser sein. Die letzten Rätsel sind als nicht native speaker teilweise schwierig...

A text adventure like no other, where the shortcomings of the interface are pivotal to the story. One of the most original ideas Ive ever played on my phone. Perfect for running through in a short amount of time or for just little pick-up sessions.

Would have made a great dystopia short story but as a word game not so good. I found the game awkward. I didnt enjoy it. But the story was great!
