What a terrible experience

So I forgot my password, went through the whole reset process, the app tells me I cant use the app for this, go to the site in my browser. So I do that. Get there and the site tells me I can only use the one time password once, and I already did. Ok fine, go through the reset process, again. Return to the website and it tells me again that the one time password ha been used. By who? How? I just got the new temporary password and havent typed it anywhere. An infinite loop that is forcing me to go ahead and set up a "PayPower" card (similar to Green Dot) instead. And wasted about 30 minutes of my time.

Always problems with their app, shows ATMs that arent free as it says. Always no information when I call, straight up horrible card. DONT GET THIS CRAP.

It kept saying my info was wrong and I know it wasnt, then it kept wanting me to re enter my username cause it said it cant start with a letter...It started with an "A"! Ridiculous!!! The card seems to be working fine but they NEED to fix their online issues YESTERDAY!

New customer cant login. Green dot overall is good but the app is not recommended in anyway shape or form
