Aucune compatibilité - Cest du bricolage
Ne marche pas...
Après avoir suivi les tutos du sîte, Growl ne reconnait toujours pas la moindre application…inutilisable donc...une mise à jour vite!
Mise à jour mal préparée
Sur le principe, cette mise à jour de Growl va dans le bon sens, évolue doucement vers ce quil devrait être. Cependant, jai plusieurs reproches à formuler : • Lorsquune mise à jour nest pas rétrocompatible, elle se prépare en sassurant que la plupart des développeurs des applications concernées fassent le pas en même temps afin que la transition soit réussie. • Il est difficile de comprendre sil est necessaire dacheter Growl pour bénéficier des notifications ou pas. Ce nest vraiment pas clair. • Même chose avec HardwareGrowler. Quid des autres add-on ? (GrowlMail, GrowlSafari, GrowlTunes…) Même après la nouvelle mise à jour, jai toujours trop de problèmes ; des notifications au style différent selon lapplication (ancien VS nouveau système ?), etc… OS X Mountain Lion est en route… Growl, que jai toujours apprécié, devra se mettre au niveau pour avoir sa place dans le paysage.

Adieu Growl
Utilisateur de longue date de Growl, je mets un terme à cette relation ! Cette dernière version, inutilisable avec la très grande majorité des applications (pas de rétrocompatibilité comme cela a été signalé par ailleurs), nest absolument daucun intérêt. Anciens utilisateurs : restez avec les précédentes versions. Nouveaux qui seraient tentés : passez votre chemin

Je lutilise pour amsn, skype et banshee ça ne fonctionne plus maintenant que cest payant...
tres bien!!
marche bien et meme avec ichat, alors avant de dire que cest pourri il faut savoir se servir de son mac et chercher un peu sur le net pour faire fonctionner avec dautres appli…..
