No functionality
Just....wow
You can do only 2 things with this app: 1) see you ID card after you log in 2) find a provider Thats it folks! No seeing your plan details or anything. It is literally just those 2 things. I mean...for that it works. But took off stars because cmon! At least give plan info!
Waste of Time
This app is such a waste of time. It tells me there are no providers not even 100 miles from my location. How is that even possible?
Crashes on login
Logging in crashes app. Just need my ID and would like it in mobile form. Running iOS 9.3.5
Shouldnt even exist
This app is useless, just like their website. This company does not make it easy to find your information outside of calling them.

Its severely out-dated and the features dont work.
Worthless!!
I want an app where I can submit my receipts! This is super annoying that I have to do this from my home computer! Every other insurance company/provider has this option. Get on it guardian! Fix this stupid app and make it useful.
