We know what yourre thinking... What if you didnt want to build a plan and just want to log your workout as you go? Were got you covered there too, Gym Workout Tracker has the ability to not only to perform one off workouts too, but also supports on the fly editing of your plan, so if youre not feeling up to a particular exercise one day, you could always swap it out to make today the ultimate workout it shouldve always been.
Gym Workout Tracker has an advanced syncing feature that makes sure all of your logged workouts and plans are always backed up in the cloud. Whilst this does require you to register within the app before use, you will have the opportunity to enable or disable this feature as you see fit. Leaving it enabled means youll have access to your workouts on all of your devices.
