Description
I like to say if you can screenshot it you can save it to your gymlocker.
It’s pretty simple, no matter if someone sent you a text message or an email with a workout. If you see a work out on social media, that will work too.
Here is how it works:
1. Screen shot the workout from wherever
2. Tap the action button in the screen shot app
3. Select the Gymlocker app
4. Type in a name for the work out
5. Open the Gymlocker app
6. Now it is saved to your locker!
