Description
Do you remember what you learned in your Gymnastics classes last week? How about last month or even last year? Did you get a great correction last month you wish you could remember? It is very hard to retain all that we learn in class.
One solution to this problem is to keep a log book. Record what you learned in each class. The simple act of recording the class will increase retention. Going back and reviewing the practice at a later time will lock the knowledge in you mind forever.
Traditionally, journals were kept on paper. After each class, the student would sit down and write the lesson out. This is a great start, but there is a better way. With Gymnastics Log Book for iPhone and iPod touch you can record your lessons in greater details than ever before.

•Take a video of the technique taught.
•Save notes and pictures for each step of the lesson.
•Classify and sort lesson by an unlimited number of customizable categories.
•Record the instructor for the lesson
•Save the date of the lesson.
•Export a lesson to a PDF file and email it.
•Save lessons (photos, videos, and PDF) to Dropbox.
To top it all off, you can share your logs with other users! Open a lesson and touch the share button. Have the other user touch the share button on the main screen. The two devices can then connect with Bluetooth and send the lesson to the other person’s phone.
