This is a great app. Its clean, easy to read, and really informative. If you are on your board of directors of your co-op or condo you owe it to yourself to read this every week. Great ideas. Fast read. A must!

As a member of my self-managed co-ops Board of Directors, Ive found Habitat to be an invaluable resource. Its articles are well-written by knowledgeable professionals and each issue expands my understanding of the best practices for our operation. I am continually seeking to ways to improve my co-op and its management and read as many books and articles I can find.
