Welcome to Julie Weintraubs Hands Across The Bay App This unique, innovative, and functional free Mobile App exists to grow and expand our mission as a 501 c 3 to support programs, organizations, and individuals whose objectives and efforts are dedicated to improving the quality of life for others in Tampa Bay and beyond. Our goal with this app is to touch - and be in touch with - the lives of as many Bay Area residents as possible. We know that The United States of America has a long and rich tradition of people coming together to solve problems and enrich their communities.
