Waarom Hardlopen met Evy?
Op maat gemaakte trainingsschema's: Of je nu je eerste 5 km hardloopschema wilt halen of jezelf wilt uitdagen voor een marathon, onze app biedt meer dan 25 trainingsschema's, opgesteld door ervaren coaches bij Golazo Energy. Elk schema helpt je om stap voor stap je hardlooptraining op te bouwen, met aandacht voor blessurepreventie en motivatie.
Persoonlijke coaching: Coach Evy Gruyaert begeleidt je door elke stap van je training. Van aanmoedigingen op maat tot tips voor je hardloophouding en voedingsadvies, ze staat altijd voor je klaar om je te motiveren en te ondersteunen.
Hartslagregistratie: Train efficiënter met onze hartslagfunctionaliteit. Koppel jouw hartslagmeter of sporthorloge, log jouw minimale en maximale hartslagzones en laat de app je helpen jouw hartslagzones te bepalen. Zo kan je efficiënter hardlopen.
Tool om blessures te vermijden: Wij luisteren naar jouw lichaam. Na elke training stellen we een paar vragen. Hoe voel jij je? Heb je ergens last? Zo passen we je trainingsschema aan of krijg je gerichte core- en krachtoefeningen.
Analyserapport: Na elke training krijg je heldere hardloopstatistieken zoals afstand, tempo, hartslag, calorieverbruik enz. Volg je voortgang en verbeter je prestatie met ons rapport na je training.
Variatie in je hardlooptraining: Onze schema’s bevatten een doordachte mix van duurlopen, extensieve loopjes en intervaltrainingen. Die afwisseling helpt je efficiënter hardlopen en je conditie opbouwen.
Gebruiksvriendelijkheid: Onze app is intuïtief ontworpen met een mooi design en eenvoudige navigatie, zodat je je kunt concentreren op je hardlooptraining zonder afleiding.
