Description
中文版緊急應變指南(ERG)，為加拿大運輸部(TC)、美國運輸部(DOT)和墨西
哥運輸、通訊部(SCT)以及阿根廷緊急化學資訊中心(CIQUIME)共同發展與研
究而成，並經由工業技術研究院翻譯成中文。本指南的功能目的在於“應變初期
階段”，提供在到達事故現場時，危險品存在及/或辨識的確認、最初的保護行
動和區域安全作業的啟動，以及尋求合格援助人員的支援，亦可作為警義消人
員救災搶救考評之參考資料，但不提供危害物質的物理或化學性質等資訊。
