Involve one or more of your senses in a novel context, engage your attention and break a routine activities in an unexpected, nontrivial way to provide your brain with needed exercise to stay sharp and focus and improve peak brain performance over time.
All exercises are selected in order to provide you a balanced, comfortable, and enjoyable way to stimulate your brain.
NOTE: Exercise are repeated daily in order to make the neuron connections more permanent and to form the habit. There is limited effect of some exercises if done without daily repetition. If you aim to fast results this app is not for you. If you want permanent improvements than join the club.
