Download and view your key health information including medications, immunisations, diagnosis, prescriptions & encounters. Healthy Me uses digi.me to securely connect to your health data where available. Digi.me currently supports health data in UK via EMIS, Iceland and some US hospitals. More are being added on a continuous basis. All processing is done on your device and no data is shared.
