This app is in absolute disgrace that simply does not work. Purchased phone numbers and account balances keep disappearing into the digital abyss and the support service is abysmal.

I was a long time satisfied HMA customer who still uses their free anonymous email app & I am disgusted by their new iPhone app. Initially, I used the free 5 day trial & everything seemed to work great. I didnt see a need to pay $3+/month to keep the app, so I let it expire. Today I found a need for a generic mobile phone #, so I paid for a month & picked a number. I was immediately concerned as the app was moving so slowly I knew something wasnt working. I did the traditional uninstall/reboot/reinstall strategy thinking that would fix it, but I was wrong. I went through the long, slow process & was finally able to pay for the app, but it still wasnt working properly. I wasnt especially concerned because I only needed it to receive/send 1 message so I figured the slow response wasnt critical for this minimal activity. Again, I was wrong. When I entered the number provided on the site I was creating an account for, I got the message "This is not a valid mobile phone number". There was an option to receive a phone call with the code, so I tried that. The next response received was "This is not a valid phone number". I realized then that this was a ripoff. Avoid this app, it simply steals your money.

If there was a way I could click 0 stars I would ... Doesnt work .. Crashes all the time , loads very slowly . Seems like it would be a good app if it worked lol
