I just started a HIIT and it is quite a challenge to keep track of your time, going full speed while trying to figure out how much longer you should do this, and how many rounds you already did. This app seems like the perfect solution! You import your own workout music and program the training for today. it works as a gem, on your computer. But when you want to transfer your file to iTunes, so you can import it on your iPhone (or other device), it does NOT WORK! I asked support, but after one first reply asking for specifics, never got a reply anymore. After three attempts I gave up. I am deeply disappointed since the app works on my desktop, but I can not take that with me while going out. I hope someone soon comes up with a better app, this one is just a waste of money. Does anyone know how to apply for a refund?

non serve a nulla, credevo che organizzasse la playlist in base allinterval training, con canzoni lente nei recuperi e veloci negli allunghi....invece aggiunge solo dei bip per indicare il differente ritmo da tenere...ormai non sano piu cosa inventarsi...un occasione persa per fare meglio...
Way Too Basic for $7.99
Expected for $7.99: An advanced app that would allow me to create a custom HIIT workout and playlist with appropriate song changes and overlaid cues signaling the change in intensity level. For example, the Body for Life HIIT workout uses a pattern of graduated intensity levels, the first 2 minutes is warm-up (intensity Level 5), the 3rd minute is your Level 6, 4th minute - Level 7, 5th minute - Level 8, 6th minute - Level 9, then at minute 7 you start back over at Level 6 and run this cycle four times; the 19th minute is your Level 10 and the 20th minute begins your cool down. I had hoped to be able to select a different song for each intensity level, or each minute, and have the app create the playlist, fading out the current song and in the new song when a new intensity Level is reached or minute begins. Figured the beeping would be an optional feature and there would be several options to choose from for the different levels of intensity. Got for $7.99: An app with the very basic function of creating a playlist (just like in iTunes) and adding beeps (only two different beeps, one to signal fast and one to signal slow). It doesnt crop the song selections to fit the different intervals so if youve chosen a slow warm-up song that is longer than your warm-up period, youll still have to listen to it through your higher intensity periods until its over. Also the voice the app uses is the barely comprehensible computer voice, Fred. Honestly, I have created better HIIT playlists using GarageBand, I just thought if this was quicker it would be worth the $7.99; it isnt. :(

cant seem to get the playlist into iTunes... waste of 7.99 :(
