If I miss the notification that I have received a message I will not know about it unless I enter the app, no push notification appears.
Awful privacy even for dating app
Scrapes all of your Facebook data and wont even load unless you agree to every last item, THEN tells you its not live in your city. No option to delete your account - only log out. You have to manually block and report them in Facebook but they still have your data.
I was so excited
For so long I saw the coming update, and now you make me pay. Im not even sticking around for the trial. Horrible thing to do.

Cool concept but really theres nothing that diff
Its a cool concept but realistically judges are judges and we live in a judge a book by its cover life more and more. Sure its a lot more engaging with the comments idea to break the ice (if those are even getting read) but at the end of the day if theres no attraction and people are afraid of shadows more and more and not getting their feet wet of trying to want to meet someone then its no different from a swipe right/left mindset. Its simple humans want to want to be with others but at the end of the day theyd rather just have their Netflix and glasses of wine or nine.
Needs Work
Like the new concept BUT you can only upload photos from Facebook or Instagram, not your camera roll which sucks. There are not enough characters allowed in the answers to write anything funny. As well, 3 out of 6 "answers" that you are asked to fill out are tv, music, and books. There are so many other great questions provided, why force us to fill out these 3?
New Update Forces You To Pay To Keep Using
I actually really liked this app - it was so much better than tinder! Now the new update forces you to pay in order to continue using it. They say it ensures everyone is on the same page, implying the transition to a mandatory monthly fee will improve user engagement. My experience has always been that Hinge users are already quite active. Ive had no problem connecting with some great girls, having some interesting conversations and have even gone on several dates. Screw the 3 month trial period - whats the point? Now, Im leaving the Hinge community.
