Hit the Weekly syncs with your Apple Health workout data so you don’t have to enter it manually. This means you don’t ever have to log a single run if you’re using a compatible tracker like the Apple Watch, or apps like Nike+ Run Club, Runkeeper, MapMyRun, Runtastic, or Strava. You get all the stats with none of the hassle.
If you dont use any of these trackers, you can still log your workouts manually in the app and theyll be saved to your Health data so that you can take advantage of Hit the Weeklys full functionality.
