The seller and/or agent adds photos, and highlights important details about the home using tags and audio, which then automatically get pushed to your phone while you are at the curb or walking through the home. All you need to do is install the app and turn on Bluetooth, and your home-touring experience will become a much richer one.
The HomeBeam app requires location services to be enabled. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
