경동원에서 제공하는 스마트폰용 홈네트워크 통합 제어 어플리케이션입니다.
경동원 홈네트워크 앱을 이용하여 언제 어디서나 편리하게 기기를 제어하고 관리할 수 있습니다.
경동원 홈네트워크를 사용하기 위해서는 회원가입 및 제품 등록이 필요합니다.
- 제공 기능
1) 다양한 제어(난방, 가스, 조명, 대기전력 차단스위치, 일괄차단스위치 등) 지원
2) 유용한 정보(공지사항, 방문자 영상, 에너지 관리 등) 제공
3) 사용자 편의 기능(안면인식 등록, 방문차량 예약 등) 제공
※ 온수 기능은 일부 보일러 모델에 한함.
※ 제공되는 기능 및 정보는 홈네트워크에 연결된 기기 사양에 따라 달라질 수 있음.
- 유의 사항
1) 모든 서비스 이용 전 회원가입 및 제품 인증을 받으셔야 합니다.
2) 거주하시는 단지의 홈네트워크 서버가 불안정한 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
3) 회원가입 시 단지 검색이 되지 않는 아파트는 시스템 연동이 되지 않아 이용이 불가합니다.
거주하시는 아파트 관리사무소에 문의 바랍니다.
4) 기타 문의 사항은 고객센터 1588-1144 로 문의해 주세요.
5) 보안패치가 지원되는 버전 사용을 권고드립니다.
