With the popularity of smart phones, Li Ka Shing Foundation, together with the Centre on Behavioral Health, the University of Hong Kong, jointly develop the "Hospicehome" mobile phone application that allows patients and their family members to record daily changes in physical and mental well-being, and to share with others their ups and downs in the hospice journey.
