We deliver Houston in all its complicated glory: exclusive interviews, news, reviews and hard-hitting stories that will have the town talking. If you’re a digital subscriber who purchased directly through our website, you can access your issues by logging in to your account. Just tap the gear icon in the top right corner, then tap Sign In. You can also purchase individual issues or a digital subscription within the App! We offer two auto-renewing subscriptions: - 1 year (12 issues) at $11.99/year - Month-to-month at $1.99/month The digital subscription includes the current issue as well as subsequently published future issues. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase when you purchase within the app. Digital subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price. To turn off auto-renewing subscriptions, go to Settings > App and iTunes Stores > Your Apple ID > Subscriptions -> Manage. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during your active subscription period. The updated app prevents me from accessing my subscription. Do not upgrade. There is no such thing as customer support. Multiple emails and silence. Time to uncheck autorenew. Bummer... (Update) app is still dead...customer service still stinks.

Issues wont download

Ive deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and still cannot download any issue. One I buy an issue, it only says "purchasing"and never downloads. Terrible app!

Broken App

Update broke the app - lost access to previously downloaded issues - can not download new issues. Customer support knows app is broken, but no ETA for a fix. Wasted subscription !

mags wont download

I love this magazine, so subscribed for the Dec 2015 issue. Jan is now out, Feb not far away, and I do not have a single issue available from my sub I reached out to the mag in late Dec. They indicated they were aware of the issue and were working on a solution. As of today, the broken app has not been removed from the app store. So, after updating ios to curr version and several reboots, still no issues available. Bad form Houstonia Magazine!!

I love this magazine so imagine my surprise when I found it on my iPad! Now imagine my disappointment when I paid for my favorite magazine but NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!!!! Now imagine my frustration when customer service didnt reply to my request for help. Now imagine yourself WASTING YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THIS...Dont do it...
