The HPE Support Center mobile app monitors your IT environment via any mobile device: • Supports your Hewlett Packard Enterprise products such as storage, networking, and servers. • Monitors your IT environment for hardware events, and gives you information on severity, problem description, date and time generated, event status and related support case ID. • Access to your IT environment information anywhere, and at any time with Insight Online. - Provides you with a visual display of your service events, devices and groups, support cases, and contract and warranty details. • Personalized support and a simplified user experience. - Create support cases, view and update case notes. -Instant access to mobile optimized technical documentation and other support tools. - Check Care Pack and warranty status. - Engage an HPE Support agent via Chat. • Receive notifications for ‘flagged’ cases when the case/s are updated. • Add a warranty expiration reminder to the calendar for each device. Worst app, i have ever installed. May be interesting for private users. For business use (HP Support Center) not usable. Would be interesting, if creation and tracking of cases (Software) is possible. Typical for "I have no idea for this app - so i adopt the easy parts of my website"

Schmeißt doch am besten noch 100 Apps in den Store! Meine Güte, ihr pumpt hier die Apple Server mit eurem Zeug zu, aber keine einzige App funktioniert richtig. Mit Kundenservice hat DAS nichts mehr zu tun. Und dass die App nicht für Endanwender gedacht ist, erfährt man auch erst wenn man umständlich die Seriennummer eingetippt hat! Mein Gerät heißt OFFICE und PRO, aber das ist wohl immernoch nicht das, was HP unter "kommerzielle" Drucker versteht. Wenn Ihr kein Interesse mehr an Endkunden habt, dann gebt das Geschäft doch an Unternehmen ab, die Kunden noch wertschätzen und danach die Produkte und Prozesse gestalten.

Please add scanning of serial number barcodes... And I cannot save the serial numbers. If I close the app its all gone!!!

Man braucht nach diesem App nicht lange darüber nachzudenken warum es manchen Firmen nicht so gut geht. Wer so einen Schrott frei gibt sollte mal darüber nachdenken ob er auf dem richtigen Stuhl sitz. Bei Apple sollte so langsam auch ein Minus Sterne Bewertung eingeführt werden..... hier wäre das 5 minus. Schade für meinen 30 Minuten verschleuderten Zeitaufwand.
