HECToR is the UKs high-end computing resource, funded by the UK Research Councils. It is available for use by academia and industry in the UK and Europe. HPCSupport is a free app for people dealing with support queries, e.g. helpdesk. It offers the following functionality: - Check the current service status of HECToR. - See the list of pending queries and their details. - See the list of current queries and their details. - Receive notifications when there is a new pending query that needs dealing with.
