HTP is your digital coach. It stores your physical therapy exercises, helps keep you on schedule and reminds you how the exercises are done. You can read, relax or just chill while doing your exercises because you dont need to count the seconds or remember the number of reps anymore. It also features calendar alerts so you dont forget when to do each of your exercises. HTP does it all for you.
