Description
This app was developed to assist medical students to electronically take down Medical History (Hx) records for patients using a structured and systematic approach. A complete reference of questions for each stage of the Medical History record is available to simplify the process whereby the student may enter the patients response against each of the questions directly into the patients profile. Upon completing a patients profile, the full profile will be stored on the users device along with the other profiles entered. The user may then generate a brief medical report or a full medical report for any of the stored profiles at any time. Upon generating the report, the user will then have the option to either read the report, email it anywhere or print it to a supported wireless printer.
استحداث برنامج يخدم طلبة كلية الطب بجامعة الكويت في فن تدوين التاريخ المرضي للمريض بهيكل وأسلوب منهجي واضح للأسئلة والإجابات المقترحة ويشمل ما يرويه المريض أو ما يجيب به على أسئلة لمراحل أخذ التاريخ المرضى للمريض تساعد في تشخيص المرض كخطوة أولى للبحث عن العلاج مثل : الشكوى الرئيسية والشكوى الحالية وعامل الزمن وبداية المرض واستمرارية الأعراض وتردد الشكوى ومراحل المرض والمؤثرات والسيرة الحيوية والأمراض الأخرى التي يعاني منها والأمراض السابقة التي أصابته والعمليات الجراحية التي أُجريت له والأدوية التي يتناولها بانتظام والسيرة العائلية والسيرة المهنية والحالة الاجتماعية و المستوى الاجتماعي وبناء علية ستكون المخرجات كتقييم ملخص للتاريخ المرضي للمريض وتقرير آخر شامل للحالة المرضية كما يتضمن إرسال تقارير عن طريق تخزينها أو عن طريق البريد الاليكتروني و أمكانية طباعة اسم المريض واسم طالب كلية الطب بالتقرير.
