The NEW Hydro One mobile application makes it easy for customers to manage their Hydro One service and get the latest information about power outages in your area. NEW – Customers can now access myAccount self-service within the app! Enabling Hydro One customers to: • View their bill and account balance • Sign up for paperless billing • Sign up for SMS notifications • View ‘time of use’ usage details and more! Power Outage Map Our power outage map lets you know if there is a power outage at home or the cottage. It is updated every 10 minutes with detailed outage information, including: • Number of customers affected • Estimated restoration time • Cause of the outage (if known) • Repair crew status The Outage Maps use colour-coded symbols to display the number of customers without service and their locations. Hydro One recognizes that this is crucial information for our customers. Now you can access it on the go.

Simply, it does not deliver what was promised. For example, from the home page, if one selects planned outages, it then presents unplanned outages. Brilliant. Untested junk. If I had written this code, Id be embarrassed. Shame.

With monthly power outages this app the a life saver but I have to uninstall it every time I use it.

Not very good at all. App is not updated on regular basis, no notifications and not very informative. Needs a lot of work!!

It is a great app to have!! However you can not pick between options in the drop box (i.e. Choose between planned and unplanned outages) If that is fixed I would give this app 4 stars!!

Pending Classification...

So annoying to read "pending classification". Why bother? I know the power is out! I want to know why and how long until its back online.

Just downloaded the app to see if its improved, and it works perfectly. Relevant and accessible information. We have a lot of outages and its helpful to have a quick update. No crashes and the map populates right away.

Waste of time

They dont update the outage status and the app isnt allowing me to change to see the "planned outages"
