A meeting is more than just a discussion. After making an appointment, the organizing, mailing, printing and reading of the required documents often take longer than the actual meeting itself. iBabs makes everything more efficient. With years of experience in the administrative decision-making processes we know exactly what you need. The solution is a simple app which makes your meetings simpler, more substantive and more environmentally friendly. The only thing you need is a tablet or laptop and internet.
Simple to plan
iBabs provides users with a conveniently arranged, automated organizer which fits perfectly with the agenda of the user’s current mail system. Meetings taking place at the same venue and time, only need to be entered once; and the data can be reused again. Documents can be linked at any time to the required agenda and are automatically converted to PDF format. Subsequently, access to these documents can be restricted to authorized users only.
Simple to prepare
Delving through a stack of paper or a pack of post-it notes is now a thing of the past. By scrolling through the documents or using the search function and share annotations, iBabs helps you to work more efficiently: users can prepare for meetings anywhere, any time.
Ensure smoothly-run meetings
iBabs for BlackBerry Dynamics enables users to reduce the time needed to prepare for meetings and facilitates cooperation between colleagues. When a user open the iBabs app, he will immediately see the upcoming meetings’ agendas and any related documents. This means that everyone involved in the meeting will always have the correct versions on hand. Action points can, moreover, be allocated to specific persons in advance or during the meeting. Decisions can also be recorded. In fact, work is finished when the meeting ends. The agreements and decisions made can be retrieved from the recordings.
