Designed to be used with our advanced iBaby Monitors M2 and M3s, the iBaby View companion app allows you to conveniently check on your adorable little one’s status whether you are at home or on the road. With iBaby View app, you can: o Watch live stream of your baby 24/7 wherever you are o Fully control your live video feed with a swipe of your finger (requires iBaby Monitor M3s) o Communicate with your baby via two-way audio speakers o Check on your baby’s sleeping status with night-vision LED lights, motion and sound sensors. o Track your baby’s sleeping pattern using “Sleep-Record” function You may also: o Capture still shots from video feed o Apply photo effects to the captured images o Share your photos with family and friends on your favorite social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

Since the update the app crashes every time you try to open it. Please fix. Its a good app when it works. I like the camera, but cannot use it. Please fix. Please fix. Please fix.

Wont open

Just updated and now my monitor is unusable because it keeps closing before the picture even comes up. Please fix this problem ASAP so that the product I bought is useable. Got an email from your tech people today telling me to uninstall the app that "fixed" the problem only to download an updated app with the exact same problem. Your app and customer service are sub par I would not recommend or buy your product for any of my friends.

Dont buy it until they fix it

First of all the app doesnt open up after its been downloaded. Second if you buy the camera from Baby R Us they will only take it back within 45 days of purchase meaning if its on your baby register and somebody buys it for you 2 months ahead of time your stuck with a broken item. No refund or credit. Third just be aware !!!
