Description

If you stare at a computer screen for extended periods of time throughout the day, you need to follow the 20X20X20 rule to protect your vision. The rule states that you should stare 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes to rest your eyes. This app is a special timer that alerts you with a tone every time its been 20 minutes automatically. It also plays an ambient sound during the 20 second break (optional). Then it plays the tone again when its time to get back to work! Simple!
