The best app youll ever use.

This app is off to a great start but there were a few things I couldnt do or figure out: - It requires ALL fields to be filled out, but sometimes I only have 1 address line, or I dont have an address at all yet. - It requires me to enter the country. All my calls are in my country so I dont like the extra step of having to add that and I cant seem to set a default country. - I cant make the call from within the app. I press the "Class icon" but nothing happens - Only allows for "mobile phone"- doesnt give option for home or work phones. - Cant customize the fields in the Client info - The Reports dont give enough detail- I would like to be able to see the calls I have made sorted by names and also by date of last contact, etc. - No way to export or email my report + The interface is clean and nicely done. + Some things can be changed in the settings (Icon on the Home screen) Overall, I have hopes for some changes to turn this into a first class app!

Miles to go before this is a useful app

Purchased call manager (CM) today for iPhone 4s. Already disappointed, frustrated. Contacts uploaded from iPhone randomly into CM. Not all phone contacts transferred. No search function in CM contacts so workaround is to manually look through 500+ names in CM to add one client for follow up, if they uploaded. Cannot find way to refresh contacts in CM after initial upload from iPhone, e.g. after adding new contact to iPhone. Cannot add phone numbers only to CM without names for follow up calls. Sadly, workaround is to listen to VM; manually record number and name; hand type into CM. What I desired was a means to regularly auto upload/search names, numbers so that I can access for follow up. This app does not do this (yet).
