Not Working at all..!!!
Worst application from a best bank, what an irony. Always getting the server certificate warning; ICICI app not trusting its own server, dont know what it will trust..?? ICICI Please fix this to enable the true Mbanking.!!
Buggy and unintuitive
Expected a huge upgrade but what they have done is essentially replicate the website. Information is hard to find and unreadable most if the time. Why bother?
Worst app
If possible I will give 0 star. Worst app , better they dont even create this app. Learn from other securities like HDFC , zerodha...

Silly app! Does not even up on my 5s. The prior version was at least working. This update is a crap! :(
Worst app -Does not even start after new update
In a world where mobile first is the go to strategy of every company, this vision of mobile experience from icici is a so unbelievably amateurish. Already it was one of the app for any major company I know. Now after I upgraded to iOS 10 and there latest app update, the app refuses to even open. All I get is blank white screen after I lunch the app. In case you dont know there is something called as testing before publishing it for public and embarrassing yourself. Have you also heard about APM products for mobile apps? Drop me an email if you dont know, I can help you out on that if you want but please build at least a descent app which reflects the market leader you are. Regards Nilesh
App made of Crap
Earlier with iOS 9 at least it was working ( repeatedly asking to login using Access code and logging out frequently. Which is a pain in the butt) but with iOS 10 this app gives me a very good white background to wipe my a** as toilet paper and nothing else. Atleast test before releasing the app and updates .
