absorb negative traits thoughts and feelings.
Many believe that exposing Crystal to sun
light can cleanse them and bring them to a
balanced state. By applying light at the
appropriate color we feel Crystals can be
re-charged, absorbing light energy.
Every color of light has a unique frequency
and wavelength. By cleansing the Crystal and
re-applying light energy the Crystal can
become re-charged and re-tasked.

of light have different effects on the Body
