Time chain example: 0:30:00 + 0:05:00 + repeat A 30 minutes work time and a 5 minutes coffee break can be grouped into an efficiency productivity cycle! 8:00:00 + 0:05:00 + 0:05:00 + 0:05:00 + 15:45:00 + repeat Group a 8 hours sleep-time and three 5 minutes snooze timer to get a nice alarm clock! You can also append some silent timer to make this group as long as 24 hours so it can be repeated everyday on time!
