This app predicts mathematically the Ideal Body Weight for adults; women and men. The results follow the same units system as the data entered - metric or imperial. Thus, it should be clearly stated that limitation on age, weight, and height should be carefully observed when operating this app; as strict range on data exist; for proper calculation. The results illustrate three Ideal Body Weight(s) for the selected gender; woman or man in the three common body frames of the bone structure; Small, Medium, and Large. However, note that pregnancy; as muscles density affect the accuracy of ideal weight status. Also, note that weighing ideal differ according to culture, gender, and definitely level of activities and health conditions.

This app calculates the ideal weight. It accepts both units systems;
metric and imperial. It gives the operator three values for
the ideal weight; the ideal Weight for small frame; the ideal Weight
for medium frame, and the ideal Weight for large frame.
To know your frame; simply wrap your fingers around your wrist:
1. If they overlap then your frame is small;
2. If they touch then your frame is medium.
3. If they do not touch your frame is large.
