Idrætsmærke.dk - a little smarter and boundless
Idrætsmærke.dk is designed as an educational tool to build different skills after basic ideas of the concept Sportsbasics made by Mats Mejdevi. Through this website, it is intended that all sports coaches at any level, gender, previous knowledge and sports should be able to help you find exercises for their active according to the level they are at right now. The same goes for physical education teachers.
Level divided system. There are five levels of difficulty in most exercises from A-E wherein A is the easiest! This means that everyone can find their level of physical challenge and develop from there. To make it as easy as possible, so there are different groups: feet & legs, abdomen and back, upper body and arms, the entire body, couple exercises, combinations and agility.

As a trainer, it is important to motivate their active and one of the main ways is to vary your workout. This means that you as the coach-giving has a multitude of exercises that is constantly expanded - and your active, constantly challenged with new smarter, more complicated, challenging or fun variations of the same exercise!
