Apprendre à se détendre, prendre le temps de souffler et écouter son corps...pour moi, ca vaut largement un massage! A utiliser sans modération!!!

This was a great purchase. This App really helps me to relax with its audios by concentrating on and relaxing some body parts which are the most commonly affected by stress. I bought it not too long ago and I already experienced relaxation and peace thanks to the treatments it offers.
