Tried to create an account send it verified the credit card. Will not allow me to create an fax number. The app locks up will not connect. Been emailing with the developers and they have been less than useless all I want is to cancel which I cannot as you need to have a fax number which the app won’t create for me. Beware that they make signing up very is and not clear that your signing up for.

Don’t do it!!!!
I downloaded this app and signed up for the free trial, and cables it before the charge date. Little did I know the app glitches and signed me up twice!!! So I was charged for a second acoustic I knew nothing about!!!!
Aggravated
I am so aggravated with this app, they say you can cancel anytime, I have been trying to unsubscribe but it is the hardest thing to do. Went in my Apple ID subscriptions to see if it’s there and no where to be found. It is scary to think when you try these apps how easy they can scam you! :::BEWARE:::
Extremely unreliable
The app itself is well designed, it looks good too but, If you need this app for business related purposes... run! It works well for a while and, all of a sudden, disaster strikes and your system is down...! At that point, their customer service kicks in with all sorts of delays and unhelpful- yet promising!- back and forth communication.... I had to cancel it within 3 months of renewing the second year and they pocketed my money without further communication until now, when they’re asking me to renew... the nerve!
Complete parasitic scam
It never worked, so I canceled the service. They have continued to charge me. I have canceled three cards to try to get rid of the unauthorized charges and only after finding out how to search my purchase history did I find out a service I canceled over 5 months ago was the one charging me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
