Description
IFS Support Companion makes it easy to track your open support cases in the internet support center. You can view the cases either by category or by importance.
You can download and see case documents. You can also write to the case journal as well as changing the case focus.
IFS Support Companion can be used in Try Me mode with demo data without requiring a log on or network connection.
Use of IFS Support Companion connected to IFS Internet Support Center is free for IFS customers with a valid maintenance and support agreement. In order to use the app you also need to have a valid support account.
