Mitjançant potents algorismes matemàtics l’aplicació sadapta a totes les teves necessitats i evoluciona amb tu, tenint en compte el teu estat de forma actual, el teu estat dànim, temps disponible, lloc dentrenament, freqüència setmanal dentrenament, material del que disposes... Et proporciona un pla dentrenament completament personalitzat que anirà canviant constantment per poder adaptar-se a la teva evolució.
A més, l’aplicació incorpora eines de suport com: agendes de seguiment, biblioteca anatòmica 3d, bateries de test, vídeos HD... amb la finalitat de donar un servei global a tot tipus desportistes, habituals o no.
