Description
iHHOT is a free hand-hygiene observation tool for iPhone/iPad. iHHOT records hand-hygiene event with event type, hospital/location, time, role to be observed, patient contact, observer, and additional comments. The observation data can be sent/re-sent to a group of specified email addresses for further congregate data analysis. The settings of iHHOT can be configured through App Settings or a XML file. Configuration through XML is very convenient for multi-institution and multi-target hand-hygiene study/observation with shared settings. Additional features include monthly alerts and observation threshold alerts.
