Negative 1 star. Not worth 99cents, and it was not worth me copying and pasting over the promocode I had for this app either. All it is is "I Heart (and you choose a small picture or text) AND THATS IT. A caveman could do better with Windows paint.exe or PhotoShop.
Not bad
Got it for free so I cant complain, its all right
