This app only downloads the thumbnails on a page and isnt smart enough to understand that the thumbnails LINK to the full-sized images - the ones we actually want to download. So, unless your intent is to download a whole bunch of 300x240 thumbnails that will look crappy on that brand-new iPad, dont waste your money like I did. :-(

Imagebot is both a light weight web browser and a very simple tool for downloading all the images from a web page.

Purchase this app with the hopes of downloading images from NYTimes iPad version. it doesnt work nor does it work with other sites. Easier to save images with save feature right of the image than type or copy the website URL as this app requires. Save your money dont buy.
Great app!, but needs improvement
I wanted an app that could download all of the image or selection of images. First of all this app will download all the pictures that is on the web which is what people who buy this app wants. ******Now for the things that NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!******* 1. I wish I can select the pictures I want to download 2. After saving it to the app I wish I can download the pictures (all of it) at once [CURRENTLY the app will only allow you to download pictures to your ipad album one by one very tedious] 3. Maybe instead of downloadaing it to the app have an option that could download straight to the ipad album.

I was looking for a way to easily download images from eBay of gemstones that I purchased to keep in my database. I could do it from my laptop, but not from my iPhone. This did exactly what I needed quickly & easily. Very happy with this app!
