Das Nutzerinterface ist optisch hübsch und übersichtlich gemacht. Allerdings bin ich schon bei der Objektanlage zur Verzweiflung getrieben worden, da die Zahleneingabe frustrierend ist. Werte verschwinden nach der Eingabe oder Veränderung an anderer Stelle (obwohl es Ausgangswerte sind). Abhängige Werte werden nicht aktualisiert, wenn man Ausgangsgrößen ändert und warum gibt man e ine Kaufsumme eines Objekts bis auf den Cent genau an? Also im Prinzip super, aber für mich (noch) nicht benutzbar.

...ist das richtig, dass wenn ich das Baujahr eingestellt habe und anschließend ein anderes Anschaffungsjahr einstelle... dass sich dann das Baujahr verändert?

Schade das Baujahr und Anschaffungsjahr nicht getrennt eingegeben werden können. Ebenfalls wäre es komfortabler, wenn die sonstigen Baukosten durch eigene Daten bzw. Gründe ergänzt werden könnten (vielleicht durch eine separate Eingabemaske, die in der Übersicht nur aufaddiert dargestellt wird). Und sehr schade ist das nur eine Hypothek eingegeben werden kann. Wir hatten 3 unterschiedliche Hypotheken mit unterschiedlichen Zinssätzen und Laufzeiten. Bisher ist die App ein sehr gelungener Anfang, aber für mein Hauskauf nicht optimal nutzbar.

Kann das was es soll - und das gratis! Die Eingabe ist nicht ganz logisch z. B. 2.5 statt 2,5 sonst werden die Dezimalstellen nicht erkannt. Es fehlt (noch) eine Löschtaste um alle Einträge zurückzusetzen. Gut ist die Exportfunktion per eMail.
