Superb contents, poor delivery

Once youve managed to download the issue (which is quite time consuming) you will find thoroughly researched information.

Good but PAINFUL

I have subscribed to India Today and Travel Plus magazines. The content is terrific but the following issues make the app a two star... 1. The magazine does not download automatically when available. The download process starts when you open the magazine to read and even then it is excruciatingly slow! The download process when it starts continues when you are navigating pages but at a rate of a page every few minutes. So to download a 136page magazine it takes eternity. And then the download does not continue when you exit the app. So, regardless of what you do you cannot escape the PAIN! By the way, I am using an iPhone 4S on a superfast wireless network.

Very buggy

The app was working fine until it was updated with the latest version (Jan 04). Ever since the downloading of the latest issue seems to take for ever. The downloading started couple of days ago and so far it downloaded 26 pages out of 150 plus pages . Pl fix the app ASAP or please refund my money ASAP. Thanks. JP.

Bad customer support

Recently, after an app upgrade, all my purchases disappeared. I have been emailing customer service for the past two weeks and there is no reply. This is the worst customer service Ive experienced. I still have quite a few months of subscription left and there is no way it can be restored if customer service does not help. Be aware of this before you purchase a subscription.

Poor digital cousin of printed copies

Very poor reading experience, its essentially digitally scanned version of printed copies. Very minimal digital interaction, cataloging and bookmarking experience that you would expect from any digital reading media in the age of Amazon.
