Description
InfoSmart Check-In is part of Fisher & Paykel Healthcares InfoSmart Web patient management system. It allows healthcare providers to streamline patient registration and CPAP device assignment. It saves healthcare provider time and enables you to focus on educating and supporting patients as they start out on CPAP therapy.
The patient completes a simple questionnaire which enrols them into InfoSmart Web, providing suggested talking points based on their answers. It enables healthcare providers to have a more focused conversation about therapy concerns specific to an individual patient.
Thanks to the seamless synchronisation between the InfoSmart Check-In and InfoSmart Web, patients created via the app can be easily managed in InfoSmart. Healthcare providers can make use of the quick and efficient patient on-boarding provided by Check-In, and at the same time access all the patient management and therapy reporting features through InfoSmart Web.
