ING Business Pro, the new version of the app dedicated to entrepreneurs, will help you manage your company simply and quickly directly from your phone. Are you the only user of the company and make payments only in lei in Romania? Then this app is perfect for you! If you have more complex needs, please be patient until we add the right features for you and your company. The ING Business Pro app offers an improved experience, a modern interface, and several new features compared to the ING Business app. ING Business Pro Features: • Quick access to accounts and balances • Download account statements • Change your PIN and enable biometric authentication • View your accounts (current, savings, loans, deposits) and their details • Search, filter, and view transactions • Enable/disable push notifications • Transfer money – RON payments in Romania What’s new compared to ING Business? • Send feedback directly from the app • Keep your balance private • Open a savings account • Change the app language and set a profile picture • Contact customer support directly from the app Enable automatic app updates to stay up to date with the latest improvements, including bug fixes and new features." Currently unavailable features in ING Business Pro (but available in ING Business): • You cannot make payments with multiple signatures, single or double signature with defined limit, payments in other currencies, foreign exchange or RON cross-border. • Payments with insufficient funds are rejected (without the possibility of having a signature pending funds). • You cannot schedule or save the payment to sign it later. • You cannot liquidate deposits. • You cannot view payment history documents (payment confirmation or a personalized account history). • You cannot sign saved payments in another component of the ING Business platform. How do you log in? • Enter the userID and password you use in the ING Business platform. • You receive a code via SMS and one via email, to your registered data as an ING Business user. • Set a PIN to access the app and sign payments and requests from the app. • Optionally, activate biometrics that can be used as an alternative to PIN. • From the Services menu, you can switch between signing with PIN or biometrics. • You can change the PIN in the app whenever you want. • If you are a user of multiple companies, you will be asked for which one you want to activate the app and later you will be able to switch between them as needed. The application is suitable for you if you represent one or more companies that need the main functions of the bank. You are the only user of the company, you make payments only in lei, on the spot, and you want to be informed through push notifications about the entries and exits from your accounts. You send us feedback directly from the application in the Services section and call Customer Relations directly when you need it. The application can be used in parallel, without any limitation, with the ING Business App. Minimum version of the system is iOS 15.
