Description

Exclusively for Clinical Investigation Clinical studies where this application will be used will follow their own regulatory process and obtain requisite approvals. This application is being made available only to individuals who have consented to take part in clinical research activities with Medtronic. The insulin injection system uses an insulin pen with Bluetooth® and an app to automatically track insulin doses. The app tracks when you dosed and how much you took. It can also provide personalized insulin recommendations based upon your glucose level, meal size, and the insulin still active from prior injections. The system automatically syncs with Medtronic Simplera™ CGM data. Reports can be generated with up to 90 days of the most recent data and shared with your healthcare professional. This app is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment.
